Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Giaby, we are dedicated to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Australia, with no hidden fees or extra costs at checkout.

1. Shipping Overview (Australia Only)

  • Shipping Cost: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.
  • Handling/Processing Fees: None.
  • Currency: All transactions and shipping calculations are in AUD (Australian Dollars).
  • Service Area: We currently ship exclusively within Australia.

2. Delivery Timeline

To give you a clear expectation of when your order will arrive, we break our timeline into two parts:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (AEST - Sydney Time), Monday to Friday.
  • Order Processing Time: 1 - 2 Business Days (Monday - Friday).
  • Transit Time: 5 - 7 Business Days (Monday - Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 - 9 Business Days.

Note: Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Address Types: We deliver to residential and business addresses.
  • P.O. Boxes: Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or freight forwarding hubs. A physical street address is required for a successful delivery.

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s journey in real-time.

5. Address Changes & Corrections

If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@giaby.com.

  • We can update your details as long as the order has not been dispatched.
  • Once the order is in transit, we are unable to redirect the package.

6. Missing or Damaged Parcels

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

7. Undeliverable Orders

If a parcel is returned to Giaby due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the parcel, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.
